Scope of responsibilities

• Preparing dishes from the menu (fish section)
• Maintaining HACCP standards
• Inventory management
• Independent work organization at the station

Sought-after competences

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Chef de Partie, preferably in the fish section.
• Category education or related qualifications are preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
• Communication skills and teamwork.
• Ability to work shifts, including weekends.
• Good command of English.
• Category B driving license is preferred.

• Rate €18.09 gross/hour (including holiday and vacation pay)
• Weekly pay (excluding tips)
