Scope of responsibilities

• Independent work as a Chef de Partie
• Independent management of your own section in the bistro
• Working in an open kitchen
• Application of recipes and adherence to restaurant guidelines
• Knowledge and adherence to HACCP and occupational health and safety regulations

Sought-after competences

• At least 2 years of documented experience working as a Chef de Partie in bistros or fine dining restaurants.
• Culinary education or equivalent qualifications are preferred.
• Ability and experience in independently preparing soups, sauces, and marinades.
• Independence and excellent organization of one’s own work and that of the team.
• At least communicative English.
• Guest-focused, maintaining the highest standards of service and quality to create unforgettable experiences.
• Open-minded, good communication and teamwork skills.
• Category B driving license is preferred.

• Competitive monthly salary of €3,059.71 gross (including holiday allowance and paid days off)
• Weekly salary, including holidays and holiday allowance (minimum 8% of gross annual salary)
