Job Responsibilities

• operating CNC Mazak lathes and milling machines, including 5-axis Mazak Integrex machines with Mazatrol interface
• manufacturing components in inches, mainly mechanical seals made of Inconel, super duplex, and other hard-to-machine materials
• monitoring the machining process and making necessary adjustments
• quality control of finished parts in accordance with technical documentation

Required Skills

• minimum 2 years of experience as a CNC operator (Mazak lathes or milling machines)
• experience with Mazak Integrex machines will be an advantage
• ability to work with demanding materials (Inconel, super duplex)
• precision, attention to detail, and knowledge of workshop measurements
• willingness to work in a 3-shift system
• good command of English
• driver’s license cat. B
