Scope of duties

• full review and interpretation of project contract documents
• planning and analysis of supplier and subcontractor enquiries
• providing accurate, competitive and cost-effective quotes in a timely manner
• full review and interpretation of project contract documents
• commercial and contractual control of subcontractor accounts
• analyzing changes in  scope of work and implementing price changes
• providing accurate, competitive and cost effective quotes in a timely manner
• maintaining accurate records of claims prepared, certificates issued and cash flows
• providing information and analysis of issues and risks as required by management
• managing and forecasting project cash flows
• reporting progress – both internally and to customers

Wanted competences

• technical education in a specialized field
• knowledge of commercial management in construction
• min. 2 years of professional experience in a similar position (electrical industry)
• very good command of English
• fluent knowledge of the full Microsoft package, including Excel
• knowledge of issues related to electrical tenders will be an additional advantage.
• driving license category B
