Scope of responsibilities

• Assembly of individual parts, subassemblies, and components for aircraft
• Working with tools, assembly fixtures, and equipment
• Making connections typical of the aviation industry
• Working according to plans, technical drawings, and procedures
• Removing faults and reporting problems to the foreman
• Continuous quality control of work performed
• Working according to the inspection plan and assembly checklist
• Documenting measurement and inspection results
• Detecting and removing assembly errors (e.g., part replacement, corrections)
• Planning, conducting, and documenting functional tests and inspections

• Work in a 3-shift system (Monday–Friday):06:00–14:00 / 14:00–22:00 / 22:00–06:00

Sought-after competences

• Experience as a mechanic, preferably in the aviation industry or precision assembly.
• Experience in metal structures or industrial assembly is welcome.
• Ability to work with technical drawings.
• Accuracy, manual dexterity, and independence.
• Willingness to work in a three-shift system.
• Knowledge of German is preferred.
• Knowledge of English or Spanish.
• Experience in metal structures or industrial assembly is welcome.

Note:  Trial day: in Gilching (travel expenses covered by the agency)
        Start: After approx. 2-3 weeks

  •  from €3,300  – €3,400 net (starting)

  • up to €3,500 net (after 7 months)

• fixed daily allowances €28 per diem
• holiday and Christmas bonuses will be paid according to the schedule and after the trial period.

  • in the second year €320 gross
  • in subsequent years €420 gross

• opportunity to work on Saturdays (to be agreed)
