Responsibilities

• operating small demolition machines, including excavators, loaders, demolition hammers, etc.
• performing precise and safe demolition work in accordance with safety guidelines and regulations
• operating power tools, such as drills, circular saws, impact hammers, etc., as part of the work commissioned by the employer
• performing various works ordered by the employer depending on the current demand, such as earthworks, preparatory work before demolition, etc.
• monitoring the technical condition of machines as well as ongoing maintenance and keeping them in good condition
• cooperation with the team and supervision of safety at work

Wanted competences

• experience in operating small demolition machines
• licence to operate mini excavators – welcome
• communicative knowledge of Dutch – NECESSARY CONDITION
• ability to read and interpret technical drawings
• Knowledge of occupational safety rules and demolition regulations
• experience in using power tools
• accuracy, precision and responsibility in performing assigned tasks
• category B driving license
