Interview

The first stage of the recruitment process is a job interview. In order to conduct it – we first set a date for the interview, and then contact by phone or using instant messaging ie: skype, WhatsApp, google meet.

During the interview, we verify the initial information provided in the application, check your language skills, and thoroughly discuss the terms of the job offer and detail the terms of employment.

Completion of candidate documents

In the case of international recruitment, we will help you translate the documents necessary to successfully apply for the position.

We inform you in detail about the required documents by the employer, who based on our opinion makes a decision on your employment.

The standard set of documents are:

  • cv in Polish and English or German,
  • cover letter,
  • Copies of certificates held, certifying skills, as required qualifications,
  • A copy of the driver’s license (if required),
  • credentials held.

In accordance with the requirements of our clients – especially in the case of the implementation of international recruitment, there is a need to collect the required set of documents for the implementation of the recruitment process at the beginning of the application for a position.

We are aware that gathering some documents in a short period of time can be problematic as can their translation.

Our team will be happy to provide you with guidance, help you develop a translation of your applications and documents that are necessary to successfully apply for a job offer.

Foreign recruitments

After your application is accepted by the employer and a departure date is set, a contract is signed for referral to work for a foreign employer. The contract is concluded between our agency and you. Remember that the service provided by our agency is free of charge. Employment agencies are not allowed to charge any fees to a candidate for finding him a job. Therefore, you are not entitled to be charged any amount. The only cost you usually have to pay is the travel fee from your place of residence to the country of employment.
