Responsibilities

• inspecting the property for signs of wood rot (withexterior wooden shutters and trim, door jambs, soffits and fencing)
• identifying the type of moisture present and the source of the problem
• cutting off the source of moisture and then repairing or replacing any wooden elements that have been affected by it

Wanted competences

• experience working in a similar position
• communicative knowledge of English or Dutch
• readiness for physical work
• readiness to work outdoors
• Category B driving license – a necessary condition!
