Responsibilities

• removing defects in molds
• mold quality control on the production line
• maintaining production continuity
• lubricating molds with oil, changing oil, testing elements
• machine configuration
• optimization of machine functioning
• searching for new solutions and introducing innovations to improve the entire production process

Wanted competences

• higher education in mechanics
• experience working in the metallurgical industry
• experience with conventional lathes and milling machines (not CNC machines)
• ability to work precisely with an accuracy of 0.01 millimeters
• fluent knowledge of English or French (level B2-C1)
• readiness to work in a two-shift system
• driving license category B 
• ability to work in a team

we offer

• employment on Belgian conditions
• guaranteed 39.5 hours per week
• salary17.50€ gross/h-18.50€ gross/h (depending on experience)
• salary paid monthly (approximately €2,300 net)
• work in two shifts (5:00-13:00 and 13:00-21:00) – 10% shift allowance

• holiday allowance – over the course of the year worked, it will amount to approximately €5,690 gross  (15.38% of gross annual earnings).
• annual bonus – per year worked will amount to approximately € 3,082 gross (8.33% of annual gross earnings) – provided that a minimum of 65 days of work is performed in the period from July of the current year to June of the following year.
