Job description:

• coordinating maintenance work  on-site and external suppliers – both preventative and corrective.
• Ongoing technical interventions (blocked trays, damaged sensors, sprinkler, door, and faucet failures)
• Repairs of minor equipment: cleaning machines, forklifts
• Collaboration with the operations team and suppliers in resolving faults.
• Monitoring technical documentation, maintenance plans, and compliance with health and safety standards.
• Support for the commissioning of new installations and modifications.
• On-call service outside standard business hours in the event of urgent breakdowns.

• Employment under Belgian conditions
• Rate: €19–22 gross/hour depending on experience. Salary paid weekly.
• Guaranteed 39 hours of work per week.
• Daytime work; Overtime is possible during peak periods (November-December).
• Holiday bonus – 15.38% of gross annual earnings
• Annual bonus – 8.33% of gross annual earnings – provided you work at least 65 days between July of the current year and June of the following year.

• Access to company accommodation, single room, paid €154/week.

Requirements:

• dTechnical qualifications in mechanics, electronics, electrical engineering, or building installations
• Communicative knowledge of English (spoken and written)
• Independence, responsibility, and the ability to react quickly
• Category B driving license – own car will be an advantage.
• VCA certificate or willingness to obtain one
