Responsibilities

• upholstery of high-class personalized beds, including slatted frames and box springs
• quality control, checking seams and materials for any defects or inconsistencies
• work according to production plans/customer specifications
• collaborating with other team members to maintain a smooth and efficient production process
• compliance with occupational health and safety rules and maintaining order in the workplace
• 1st shift work: Monday – Thursday 7.30-16.15, Friday 7.30-15.15

Wanted competences

• min. 2 years of experience as an upholsterer.
• communicative knowledge of English
• ability to work with upholstery tools and knowledge of various upholstery techniques
• accuracy and ability to work with production plans
• flexibility and problem-solving skills
• desire to learn Dutch
• willingness to work overtime
• B category driving license, own car – preferred

we offer

• long-term employment on Belgian conditions
• rate 15.00 € gross/h – 18.50 € gross/h  (depending on experience) 
• remuneration paid on a weekly basis, i.e. €380 – €340 net per week
• guaranteed 37 hours of work per week
• holiday allowance – per year will amount to approximately €4,610 gross – €5,690 gross (15.38% of annual gross earnings)
• annual bonus – per year it will amount to approximately € 2,500 gross – € 3,080 gross (8.33% of annual gross earnings) – provided that you work a minimum of 65 days in the period from July of the current year to June of the following year
